Create clear, concise, and creative copy for branding, marketing materials, and corporate communication. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with brand tone and strategy. Stay updated on industry trends and content best practices. Proofread and ensure all content is grammatically accurate and aligned with the company's voice. Support internal communications, newsletters, and training material development when required.

To act as a first point of contact for all of their queries, like dispatch details, replacement, tracking of order, status etc. • To coordinate with customer for the Invoice details, Credit/ Debit Notes, etc. • To punch the order into ERP by taking data from various sources like WhatsApp group, Email, Calls etc. • To manage the Complaint management process and material return process. • Marketing content sharing to Internal and external stakeholders as and when due. • Sharing the Festive Greetings, Exhibition sharing, Newsletter updates • To take the payment follow-up from the customer • To complete the assigned task by the reporting manager • To implement the HR Policies defined by the company • To share the sales analysis reports with regular frequency • To fill the Daily weekly monthly MIS System

Experience in cutting die and progressive die assembly. Hands-on experience in moulding assembly. Operation of machines including lathe, drill, grinder, and other toolroom machinery. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Understanding of surface roughness, parallelism, ovality, etc. Knowledge of fitting tolerances. Familiarity with both inch and millimeter measurement systems. Ability to read drawings with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, comparator gauge, and others. Must have prior experience working in a tool room environment.

Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and breakdowns. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Repair or replace faulty mechanical components such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and hydraulic systems. Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance work aligns with operational needs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Recommend improvements to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs. Supervise or coordinate with external contractors as needed. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures. Experience with Lean Maintenance or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
